CBS Board Member Kristin Peck '99, CEO of Zoetis, Shares Insights with Students
Alumna and CBS Board Member Kristin Peck '99, CEO of Zoetis, recently visited the Manhattanville campus for a discussion with current students on leadership, innovation, and work-life balance. This special conversation was hosted through the School's David and Lyn Silfen Leadership Series and moderated by Yamei Wang '25, Silfen Board Chair.
Drawing from personal experience, Ms. Peck discussed how leadership requires passion and purpose as well as endurance and motivation. She also emphasized the importance of leveraging technology, including AI, in advancing animal healthcare, which offers lessons for human healthcare, and highlighted the significance of balancing work and personal life, advising students to own their calendar and prioritize wellness.
