2022 Faculty Activity Report

Full-time CBS faculty had a stellar year in 2022, publishing numerous academic articles and books along with winning research awards and organizing conferences. Based on a self-reported annual Faculty Activity Report, the following data is a sample of the many accomplishments of CBS professors in the previous year:
- More than 300 academic articles were published (accepted) in peer-reviewed journals.
- 16 books were published.
- 16 faculty members serve as journal editors for journals in their field, with representatives from CBS in top journals in their respective fields.
- 46 faculty members serve as editors or area editors for journals in their field, with representatives from CBS in most top journals in their respective fields.
- More than 50 faculty members organized and ran over 70 conferences.
- More than 80 research awards were won by faculty in 2022, including some of the most prestigious awards in their respective fields. These awards range from emerging scholar awards for junior faculty to recognitions for lifetime contributions.
