Applications for the Tamer Center Executive Education's Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals (DLP) are now open! This weeklong, in-person intensive program is designed for mid-career nonprofit professionals looking to gain key management and leadership skills to better navigate their position within their organizations.

 

Offered this year from November 13 to 17, the program provides formal training in fundamental elements of strategic managment and covers such critical skills as the planning and implementing of organizational change, negotiating effectively, and increasing self-awareness. Through dynamic lectures, hands-on exercises, small group work, one-on-one executive coaching, 360-degree leadership feedback, and peer discussions, participants integreate management fundamentals with real-world applications.
