Columbia Business School's Silfen Leadership Series hosted Jake Siewert, Managing Director of Global Public Policy and Political Risk at Warburg Pincus, on April 4.
 
With Silfen Board Member Grace "Jungwon" Kim '24 as event moderator, Mr. Siewert shared lessons in leadership amid global challenges. He emphasized the importance of maintaining long-term vision and engagement through effective communication in uncertainties to create sustainable value across government and investment stakeholders.
