Alumni Club of France Holds Event with Prof. Gernot Wagner

On July 5, the Alumni Club of France held "The Path to Clean Zero," a networking and discussion event in Paris with Professor Gernot Wagner, Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business. Prof. Wagner explored whether businesses can be leaders in fighting climate change, and covered climate risks and policy. He considered the role of the U.S., specifically, in jumpstarting a transition to clean-energy sources that leverages trillons of dollars in private capital via the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 along with two other bills.
